1. Acceptance

By using Stylize8 ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Stylize8 provides AI-powered image style transfer. You purchase credits and use them to generate stylized images from your reference photos. Credits are non-refundable once used for generation.

3. Wallet & Credits

Your credits are tied to a wallet identifier (token). You are responsible for keeping your claim link and cookie. We do not restore credits lost due to cleared cookies or lost links.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content. You retain rights to your input images; generated outputs are for your personal or commercial use subject to the provider's terms.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes we will notify via the site or email where possible.
